Clownin 2008

From November 28 to December 6, 2008 a clown festival will take place in Vienna that is unique in its form: A clown is perceived by the public as a male artist. At this festival, however, all clowns will be female. “Clownin 2008” aims at entertaining grown-ups and making women clowns visible.
The project is financially supported by the Municipal Department for the Promotion and Coordination of Women's Issues of the City of Vienna.
