Gleichstellung in den Städten - Gender Equality in Towns

The two-days conference is organised by the unit for gender equality of the city of Zurich, the office for gender equality of the city of Basel and the unit for gender equality of the city of Bern.

The conference will take place in Zurich on April 4-5, 2008. Projects from Basel, Berlin, Bern, Geneva, Hamburg, London, Madrid. Minsk, Munich, Paris, Rotterdam, Siena, Stockholm, Vienna and Zurich will be presented.

The topics will be:
- reconciliation of famliy and work
- gender budgeting
- domestic violence
- diversity
- equal pay
- gender mainstreaming.

Registration fee is 300CHF/180€

Time for applications: February 28, 2008
