How to attract girls for technical and so-called "male" jobs? The Girls' Day Academy in Tübingen can tell more about it. 

Around 2,700 female students and 140 enterprises have participated in the last six years at the Girls' Day in Tübingen. Now the Girls' Day Akademie Tübingen ties in with this success. The Akademie aims to allow young girls who attend secondary schools (Haupt- und Realschulen) to get more insight into technical professional fields. Workshops and industrial placements during the school year shall enable girls to make better occupational choices.
